She holds a Master’s Degree in business management, Nanyang Technological University of Singapore as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science & technology from Zhengzhou University, China.
She has an equivalent bachelor’s degree in applied accounting & finance in ACCA, as well as various certifications in Family Office Advisors, Family Trust, Private Equity & Venture Capital, etc.

Terence is a financial and engineering professional with over 20 years of experience spanning hedge funds, external asset managers (EAMs), and leading financial institutions, including Credit Suisse AG, Schroder Investment Management Limited, RBC Investor & Treasury Services, Leonteq Securities, and UOB Kay Hian.
Before AlfaR Fund Services, he managed middle- and back-office operations, client services, and large-scale projects, specializing in efficiency, strategy, and innovation in financial services.
Terence was a co-founding member of the Private Wealth Association and has been an active mentor to fintech startups in Singapore, contributing to the development of the financial technology ecosystem.He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Northumbria University.
